There is one question that keeps recurring: "Where should I go to get started with meditation?" It stumps me every time, since the answer is different for each of us. New Site Feature: Event Signup

Now when you create a new event listing (pro members only) you can allow other members to sign up for your event right here on the site. Simply enable the signup feature when you create your event listing. To see who's signed up and to manage registration, simply login and visit your event listing.

Listening to the Community

I am pleased to report that after the first full week since the re-launch of TMG, response from the community has been largely positive. Building an online meditation community can often seem like an oxymoron when you consider that meditation is largely a solitary endeavour.

TMG Version 2: Another Step on the Path

First let me welcome you to this next phase in the evolution of the Toronto Meditation Guide and express my gratitude to those who helped build TMG into the online hub of the Toronto meditation community. TMG started in September, 2006, to answer one simple yet often asked question: Where can I go to learn and practice meditation? We wanted, therefore, to build a tool that would encourage people to explore their options and make that first critical step on the path, while providing a place for those on the path to connect and share.
