Weekly Mindfulness (MBSR) Meditation Sittings

Mindfulness meditation sittings are offered for those who have participated in and completed an MBSR or MBCT workshop or who have participated in a multi-day vipassana meditation retreat.

These sittings are not for beginners of mindfulness meditation. The purpose of these weekly sittings is to continue your MBSR training and receive support in a group setting. The class structure is two rounds of sitting, mindful walking, and a talk.

The practice sittings are for one hour from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The door will be open at 7:00 pm.
