Kokoro Do Jo has grown out of Adarsa Chakra Sensei’s vision for a teaching and treatment centre serving the community, incorporating the ideal of spiritual Keiko or training. There are numerous aspects of this training. Foremost is the supreme virtue of patience, to be able to stay with the chosen path and not digress. Kokoro means heart, mind, & the spiritual essence.
