Tonglen
Tonglen is a meditation practice for developing love and compassion. Using the teachings of Chogyam Trungpa and Pema Chodron, we will learn and practice this gentle, step by step process of opening the heart and developing greater empathy for others.
Running for three consecutive Wednesdays, the class starts at 8:15pm, following our regular Wednesday evening sitting practice from 7pm to 8pm.
Everyone welcome. Preregistration is not required.

I will come to the Tonglen evenings. Just exactly what I was looking for! I hope it will be okay if I sit in a chair and not on the floor. Thank you!

Thank you for your interest, Loris. Yes, sitting in a chair is quite okay. We have plenty of chairs and cushions for whatever suits you best.
Let us know if you’d like any other information.
